We have updated our VPS manager to fully support the latest versions of Ubuntu. We now support versions 8.04, 8.10, 9.04, 9.10, 10.04 LTS, 10.10, 11.04, 11.10, Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and Ubuntu 12.10 on our Xen VPS.

After a long, long delay, CentOS 6.0 has finally been released! As of 03:10 BST, our CentOS 6.0 templates are available immediately on our Xen VPS.

Immediately available is Linux Kernel Linux 2.6.39.1. This is the new default for Arch Linux, Debian 6 Squeeze, Gentoo, Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and Ubuntu 10.10 Xen VPS.

31/May/2011 19:20 - Add-on prices reduced for our US-based VPS products.

Prices for Memory, Disk, Transfer and IP addresses have been reduced for all VPS services in the USA bringing them in line with our UK pricing.

We have updated the default Linux Kernel for our Arch Linux, Debian 6 Squeeze, Gentoo, Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and Ubuntu 10.10 templates to Linux 2.6.37.2 for Xen VPS.

Following the release of Debian 6 Squeeze just 10 days ago we are delighted to announce full support for Debian 6 Squeeze for Xen VPS.

08/Jan/2011 20:15 - Ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10 support for Xen VPS.

We now officially support Ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10 running 2.6.36.2 Linux kernel for Xen VPS.

31/Dec/2010 20:10 - Optional secondary block devices for Xen domUs.

Now available are secondary block devices which will be mounted as /disk2 by default. Data stored within secondary block devices will survive an OS Reload / Format.

31/Dec/2010 20:10 - Popular "Power User" mode gets a face lift.

Power user mode is now replaced by "Auto Configuration" allowing each individual task to be toggled. Refined controls for end-users will be implemented shortly; In the mean time power users have the "modules" autoconf option permanently enabled while non-power users have "modules,fstab,tty,network,hostname,hosts,resolv.conf" enabled.

End users can now edit their VPS hostname through our VPS manager. In addition our systems now automatically fix udev issue for CentOS, Debian, Fedora-Core and Ubuntu OpenVZ containers caused by system updates in guest VPS in some cases.

Development of our system continues with the addition of Gentoo for advanced users.

07/Dec/2009 16:30 - New: XenVZ launches official Arch Linux guest support for Xen.

Available immediately, we now fully support Arch Linux running the 2.6.31 Linux kernel utilising PyGrub. Advanced users can now boot their own kernel provided it is xen-aware or supports pv_ops.

05/Dec/2009 21:00 - Update: Order form re-vamped.

We have re-designed the order form, removing fields such as usernames/passwords (which are now automatically generated) to streamline the order process. We have added an invoice summary before confirming orders and now directly link to payment gateways upon order completion.

Users can now manage their rDNS directly from their control panels without needing to open a support ticket. Users will need to have signed up to our Beta Control Panel to make use of this functionality.

Users can now manage their IP address directly from their control panels without needing to open a support ticket. Users will need to have signed up to our Beta Control Panel to make use of this functionality.

Please note that a support ticket is still required for removing IP addresses to prevent abuse.
